Please first check whether you have activated your device's location services. Sometimes it can also help to reload the page or close and reopen the application. If the problem persists, it could be that your device is having difficulty determining an exact location. In this case, we recommend that you use an alternative method to determine your location, such as searching for your position. If you continue to have problems, please do not hesitate to get in touch with our support team.

If you need a better overview, you can easily hide categories you don't need. Click on "Filter" at the top left and select all the categories in the window that you don't want to see. Finally, close the window and you will only see the pins that are relevant to you.

We use data from an open database(www.openstreetmap.org) and import all locations from there. A deletion would therefore only be necessary with this provider so that we can recognize this change.
